"Listen, listen to me and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare. Give ear and come to me, hear me, that your soul may live" (Is. 55:2-3)

-God is a speaking, communicating God, but someone has to be listening on the other end.

Matt. 5:7- Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

-To reject Jesus is to choose hell over heaven, and death over life.

-We must recognize that when we face deeply rooted habits of sin in daily spiritual warfare, self-help is no help at all. There is only one cure, and it comes from God. God has promised not to leave us alone in our confusion and weakness. He offers an answer, his ONLY answe: "For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say 'No' to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age" (Titus 2:11-12) Only the grace of God can teach us to say 'no' properly and effectively. All the human resolve we can muster and all the well-intentioned promises we can make are utterly powerless against the strength of fleshly desires. It is only as God's spirit works within us "to will and to act accordingly to his good purpose" (Phil. 2:13) that we can experience daily victory over every besetting sin.

I lift my eyes unto the hills, where does my help come from, my help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.

"i am your creator, you were in my care even before you were born." -isaiah 44:2

"I know what i am planning for you... I have good plans for you, not plans to hurt you. I will gice you hope and a good future."

God is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of- infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes.

God promises that he will never leave or forsake you but he doesnt promise "you will always feel my presence"/

God is more concernced that you TRUST him, not feel him.

Never doubt in the dark, what God told you in the light.
